Solvur offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Each plan includes a defined number of daily sessions and access to specific features as described on our pricing page. Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
All plans enforce daily session limits. These limits reset every 24 hours and do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward. Unused sessions expire at the end of each calendar day and have no monetary value. Sessions cannot be banked, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All charges are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for any reason, including unused sessions, unused subscription time, unused features, plan changes, or account suspension or termination. This no-refund policy applies to all plans including annual subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@solvur.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date. We are not responsible for billing errors caused by incorrect payment information provided by you.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or plan at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice to affected subscribers.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.
You and Solvur agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including the validity, applicability, or scope of this arbitration agreement, shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as otherwise provided in this section. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, or remotely at either party's election. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND SOLVUR EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, then that claim shall be severed from arbitration and proceed in court, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT, YOU AND SOLVUR EACH WAIVE ANY CONSTITUTIONAL OR STATUTORY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information. Either party may also bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains on an individual basis.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@solvur.ai with a written description of the dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, either party may initiate arbitration.
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York for the resolution of any such dispute.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other California laws. These rights are described in our Privacy Policy. To the extent that any provision of these Terms conflicts with California law in a manner that cannot be waived, California law shall control for California residents. California residents may contact us at support@solvur.ai to exercise their privacy rights.
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: The Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs may be contacted in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@solvur.ai containing: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location within the Service; (c) your contact information including address, telephone number, and email; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase or registration, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solvur with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
